As an experienced Head, I know that there are times when you know exactly what needs doing, but you simply do not have the capacity to do it. My broad skill set makes me an ideal person to take some of that load from a Headteacher or other leader, whilst ensuring that I deliver what they need. Examples of projects I have undertaken include:

• Data analysis – academic performance, attendance, behaviour, effectiveness of expenditure

• Staffing restructure

• Designing/launching/embedding new systems and processes (teaching and learning protocols, behaviour systems etc.)

• Budget setting and monitoring

• School calendar planning
